Boys Football-why your child will quit the game

Football has become a mass phenomenon. It is not surprising to see children as young as five years of age participate in gamethe. When young children playing football everything about fun and meeting new friends. So what changes, growing up?

To be honest, children do not change at all. It may be a little older, but still play football because it is fun. Then you may ask why do so many youth players game quit before become teenagers?

With each new season comes new pressures and difficulties. Pressure stems from parents, coaches and some colleagues. Children from abuse in the form of flooded yelling and screaming. If you are a coach or parent, no child should be subjected to this kind of issue also desirable.

Parents and coaches need to understand that yelling instructions does not improve their performance, but only aids to destroy confidence and love for gamethe. A player never can improve or develop away from gamethe. The player must attend all educational seminars and needs to gameenjoy. Just yelling at players is a great way to add continuously growing statistics for kids quitting football.

Voices and shouting have replaced with praise. Instead of yelling instructions and trying to coach every move, try cheering and encouragement. Children who receive praise and promotion are more likely to repeat the desired actions again and again. I have never met anyone who makes a greater effort under a cloud of criticism from under a cloud of praise. Do You Have? Then why most coaches and parents expect a different result.

Another great way to reduce some pressure on the football youth is to create a supportive group. Coaches and parents should develop a team with great spirit. A group that is filled with players who encourage and support each other if they win or lose.

The coach should aim to create a group, not individual players. A team working together and supports each other always winning teams with a few stars who try to steal the spotlight.
