When you coach youth soccer working with young players who try to understand what works and what doesn't work for them. Also try to game teach one that requires players to be able to think and to react to different situations on the field as they occur. You need to make a quick decision about whether to pass the ball and try to dribble around a defending player must decide whether, if it hits the player in the field, or make a crossing pass which will spread the defence.
Over time, you'll be seen very bad decisions, but in and around these bad decisions, your players will start to make increasingly good decisions, but this happens only if you feel safe in a decision at all. Players you should be aware that either succeed or fail on the field, so long as they shall give their full effort will have to face the wrath of the coach.
