Until the age of eleven I try to coach them so that they are active throughout the training session and I find it sufficient in terms of FITNESS football after this age you should take into account the current fitness levels of players in your fitness examination of secondary schools. You then need to decide which fitness items that you want your players to work and make it your exercises. miscellaneous items include speed, flexibility and strength.
